摘  要:本文以董仲舒为研究对象,探讨了《春秋繁露》在儒家道德传统中的开端性地位。一方面,《春秋繁露》开篇从楚庄王等历史事件入手,重申了早期儒家思想中的人伦关怀,表现为君臣父子的秩序关系;但另一方面,通过还原《春秋》微言大义的修辞方法,并借助先秦诸子思想,董仲舒又重构了以礼治为基础的儒家传统道德观念,批评了法家以强者的力量来构建伦理秩序。他进而提出了以天道、王道、德教为基础的普遍法则,其确立的汉道平息了儒法之争,并引领西汉正统思想回到春秋的开端。本文旨在揭示《春秋繁露》在儒家道德体系发展中的关键角色,以及董仲舒对儒家思想的重要贡献。This paper takes Dong Zhongshu as the research subject, and explores the pioneering position of “Luxuriant Dew of the Spring and Autumn Annals” in the Confucian moral tradition. On one hand, Dong Zhongshu begins with historical events such as King Zhuang of Chu, emphasizing the concern for human relationships in early Confucian thought. On the other hand, by restoring the rhetorical method with subtle expressions and profound meanings, and drawing on other pre-Qin thought, Dong Zhongshu reconstructs Confucian morality based on the governance of rites, criticizing the Legalists for building an ethical order based on the power of the strong. He proposed universal principles based on the Heavenly Way, the Kingly Way, and the Virtue Doctrine, which established the Han Way, pacified the disputes between Confucianism and Legalism, and led the orthodox thought of the Western Han Dynasty back to the beginning of the Spring and Autumn Period. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the key role of “Luxuriant Dew of the Spring and Autumn Annals” in the development of the Confucian moral system and the significant contribution of Dong Zhongshu to Confucian thought.
