摘　　要：施秉县白垛村黑冲组的红色文化本是源于红六军团的作战遗址,由于它自己独特的喀斯特地理环境,具有“神秘红色黑冲”之称,该村的红色文化对开展党史学习具有重要意义。尤其是在乡村振兴战略下,当地红色文化作为乡村旅游发展的文化资源,极大地促进了当地经济的发展。当前,黑冲红色文化的传承与发展在红色文化资源的保护、党性教育基地的建设、红色文化产品的打造方面取得一定的成果。通过调研发现其也存在一些问题。如因地制宜理念欠缺、乡村规范尚未完善,发展方向存在偏差。文章针对黑冲的发展现状、存在的问题提出了相应对策。The red culture of the Heichong Formation in Baiduo Village, Shibing County originally originated from the battle site of the Sixth Red Army Corps. Due to its unique karsts geographical environment, it is known as the “Mysterious Red Heichong”. The red culture of this village is of great significance for the study of party history. Especially under the rural revitalization strategy, local red culture, as a cultural resource for rural tourism development, has greatly promoted the development of the local economy. At present, the inheritance and development of Heichong’s red culture have achieved certain results in the protection of red cultural resources, the construction of party spirit education bases, and the creation of red cultural products. Through research, it was found that there are also some problems. If the concept of adapting to local conditions is lacking, rural norms are not yet perfect, and there are deviations in the development direction. The article proposes corresponding countermeasures for the current development status and existing problems of Heichong.
