摘 要:风洞是以人工的方式产生并且控制气流,用来模拟飞行器或实体周围气体的流动情况的实验设备,是航空领域不可缺少的组成部分;而风速控制是风洞的核心控制部分,风速控制策略的优劣将直接影响风洞的各项性能指标。为了实现对某亚声速风洞风速的精确控制,文章根据亚声速风洞各个工况条件下的风速需求,设计了一种分段式风速控制策略,从而安全、可靠、节能、快速的控制风速,并通过风洞试验验证了控制策略的控制精度。Wind tunnels are experimental equipment that artificially generate and control airflow to simulate the flow of gas around aircraft or entities, and are an indispensable component of the aviation field;And wind speed control is the core control part of wind tunnels, and the quality of wind speed control strategies will directly affect the various performance indicators of the wind tunnel. In order to achieve precise control of wind speed in a certain subsonic wind tunnel, the article designs a segmented wind speed control strategy based on the wind speed requirements under various operating conditions of the subsonic wind tunnel, in order to safely, reliably, energy-saving, and quickly control wind speed. The control accuracy of the control strategy has been verified through wind tunnel experiments.
