摘　　要：互联网资本控制下的互联网企业作为数字经济的重要组成部分,其在发展过程中存在无序扩张、快速膨胀的不良现象。对互联网资本发展过程的理论探究是研究其畸形发展,并使其健康发展的必要条件。对互联网资本的本性与社会主义市场经济条件下的可控性分析是探索规范和引导互联网资本健康发展的前置性工作。本文从规章制度的完善、政府强制执行力的实施、思想规制的要求来对互联网资本的健康发展进行路径探索。As an important part of the digital economy, the Internet enterprises under the control of Internet capital have the undesirable phenomenon of disorderly expansion and rapid expansion in the development process. The theoretical exploration of the development process of Internet capital is the necessary condition to study its abnormal development and make it develop healthily. The analysis of the nature of Internet capital and its controllability under the condition of socialist market economy is the preliminary work to explore the standardization and guidance of the healthy development of Internet capital. This paper explores the path to the healthy development of Internet capital from the improvement of rules and regulations, the implementation of government enforcement and the requirements of ideological regulation.
