摘　　要：“提质增效,高质发展”是目前国有企业转型发展的主要思路,而提高资产管理效能则是该发展思路的重要抓手之一。本文通过对WZ烟草公司的自由房屋出租管理的现状进行分析,分析其管理中存在的问题和不足,进而针对性提出提高自有房屋出租效率的相关策略,进而促进WZ烟草公司提升资产使用率。“Improving quality and efficiency, high-quality development” is the main idea of the transformation and development of state-owned enterprises at present, and improving the effi-ciency of asset management is one of the important points of this development idea. This paper an-alyzes the current situation of free house rental management of WZ Tobacco Company, analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in its management, and then proposes relevant strategies to improve the rental efficiency of self-owned houses, so as to promote the utilization rate of assets of WZ Tobacco Company.
