新冠疫情常态化背景下家庭保险规划策略探究

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情的发生,提升了人们的健康防护意识,健康保险投保金额不断创新高,保险公司也积极宣传健康对家庭和个人财富的重要意义,不断增强商业保险对财富的保障功能。论文通过对北京市居民开展调查和访谈,探究新冠疫情常态化背景下,家庭保险规划现状问题:一是居民对商业保险保障功能认知不足、家庭缺乏保险规划;二是居民更关注保险的理财功能而非保障功能,更多地选择带有理财功能的险种;三是保险市场同质化,缺乏符合个性化需求的健康险,可选择的保险产品较少。研究提出如下建议:一是政府应大力开展保险知识教育,提高居民保障意识;二是家庭在购置保险时更注重保障功能,侧重健康疾病保险的配置;三是保险公司加快创新,设计个性化需求的保险险种,给消费者更多的选择。The outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has raised people’s awareness of health pro-tection, and the amount of health insurance has continued to hit new highs. Insurance companies have also actively promoted the importance of health to family and personal wealth, and have con-tinuously enhanced the protection function of commercial insurance for wealth. Through surveys and interviews with Beijing residents, the paper explores the current status of family insurance planning in the context of the normalization of the new crown epidemic: First, residents have insuf-ficient awareness of commercial insurance protection functions, and families lack insurance plan-ning;second, residents pay more attention to the financial management function of insurance Ra-ther than guarantee the function, choose more types of insurance with wealth management func-tions;the third is the homogeneity of the insurance market, there is a lack of health insurance that meets individual needs, and there are fewer insurance products to choose from. The study puts forward the following recommendations: First, the government should vigorously carry out insur-ance knowledge education to improve residents’ awareness of protection;second, families should pay more attention to the protection function when purchasing insurance, focusing on the configu-ration of health insurance;third, insurance companies should accelerate innovation and design in-dividual needs The various types of insurance, giving consumers more choices.
