摘  要:水果是人们日常生活中不可缺少的一部分,含有多种人体必需元素。但由于人为原因或病原微生物的侵染,导致水果采后腐烂现象普遍存在。生物防治技术以其环保、健康等特点被人们广泛接受。植物多酚类以其抗菌、抗氧化等特点,已成为防治水果采后腐烂病的一种重要举措,日益为人们所关注。Fruits are an indispensable part of people’s daily life and contain many essential elements. However, post-harvest rot of fruits is widespread due to human factors or infection of pathogenic microorganisms. Biological control technology is widely accepted by people because of its environmental protection and health characteristics. Plant polyphenols have the characteristics of antibacterial and anti-oxidation. It has become an important measure to prevent and control fruit rot after harvest, and it has attracted increasing attention.
