摘 要:人体微生物群落的平衡对健康至关重要,其失衡与衰老存在密切关联。衰老过程常伴随微生物群落组成与功能的改变,引发机体慢性炎症,进而影响免疫系统,加速衰老及相关系统性疾病的发生发展。近年来,借助先进的分子生物学技术,该领域研究不断深入,益生菌、益生元及粪菌移植等干预措施也展现出一定潜力。然而,在精准干预策略、长期效果评估及安全性保障等方面仍面临挑战,后续需开展更多研究,助力健康老龄化目标的实现。The equilibrium of the human microbiota community plays a pivotal role in maintaining health, and its perturbation exhibits a profound correlation with the aging process. The aging process is often accompanied by changes in the composition and function of the microbiota, triggering chronic inflammation in the body, which in turn affects the immune system and accelerates the occurrence and development of aging and related systemic diseases. In recent years, with the help of advanced molecular biology techniques, research in this field has been continuously deepening, and intervention measures such as probiotics, prebiotics, and fecal microbiota transplantation have also shown certain potential. However, challenges still remain in terms of precise intervention strategies, long-term effect evaluation, and safety assurance. More research needs to be carried out in the future to contribute to the achievement of the goal of healthy aging.
