摘 要:目前,抑郁症(major depressive disorder, MDD)的发病率较高,而关于MDD的诊断缺少客观依据,生物标志物的研究将有望改善MDD诊断依赖于主观判断这一现状。氧化应激假说和炎症假说是现今较为公认的MDD的病理性机制,也是MDD生物标志物研究的理论基础。外周生物标志物能够一定程度地反映机体的氧化应激或炎症水平,同时具有简单、经济、易于获取等优点。因此,本研究在相关理论假说的基础之上,就近几年MDD外周血液生物标志物的研究进行综述,以期为未来的研究提供借鉴和帮助。其中,最有潜力的MDD外周生物标志物分别是胆红素、尿酸、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值。Currently, the incidence of major depressive disorder (MDD) is high, and there is a lack of objective basis for the diagnosis of MDD. Biomarker research is expected to improve the status quo that the diagnosis of MDD relies on subjective judgement. The oxidative stress and inflammation hypotheses are nowadays more widely accepted pathological mechanisms affecting MDD, and they are also the theoretical basis for MDD biomarker research. Peripheral biomarkers can reflect the level of oxidative stress or inflammation to a certain extent, and at the same time, they have the advantages of simplicity, economy, and easy access. Therefore, on the basis of relevant theoretical hypotheses, this study reviews the research on peripheral blood biomarkers for MDD in recent years, with a view to providing reference and help for future research. Among them, the most promising peripheral biomarkers of MDD are bilirubin, uric acid, and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, respectively.
