摘  要:本实验应用液相色谱串联质谱法建立了测定动物源食品中氯霉素、氟甲砜霉素、五氯酚的检测方法,本方法通过优化提取试剂,净化剂用量,色谱和质谱条件,在MRM负离子模式下分析定量,通过结果与讨论,3种目标物在不同基质中在各自浓度范围内线性良好,在低、中、高三个浓度水平添加下,平均回收率在64.0%~105.8%之间之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.96%~7.10%,方法检测限为0.3~3 μg/kg,定量限为1~10 μg/kg。该方法简单快速、定量结果可靠,适合大批量样品的快速筛查和定量测定。A method for the determination of chloramphenicol, florfenicol and pentachlorophenol in animal food was developed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry;under the condition of chromatography and mass spectrometry, the three targets were analyzed and quantified in the negative ion mode of MRM. Through the results and discussion, the three targets had good linearity and good correlation coefficient in their respective concentration range in different substrates, the average recoveries ranged from 64.0% to 105.8%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.96% to 7.10;the detection limit was 0.3~3 μg/kg, and the limit of quantification was 1 ~10 μg/kg. The method is simple, rapid and reliable. It is very suitable for rapid screening and quantitative determination of large quantities of samples.
