摘　　要：槲皮素是一种广泛存在于水果、蔬菜和草本植物中的天然黄酮类化合物。近年来已成为研究的焦点。广泛研究已经证实,槲皮素具备一系列的药理作用,其中包括抗炎、抗癌、抗氧化以及对心血管健康有益的效应。本综述旨在总结槲皮素的主要抗癌药理活性、作用机制以及临床应用前景,为未来的研究和药物开发提供参考。Quercetin is a naturally occurring flavonoid compound widely present in fruits, vegetables, and herbal plants. It has become a focus of research in recent years. Extensive studies have confirmed that quercetin possesses a range of pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, antioxidant, and beneficial effects on cardiovascular health. This review aims to summarize the main anti-cancer pharmacological activities, mechanisms of action, and prospects for clinical application of quercetin, providing a reference for future research and drug development.
