摘　　要：垂体腺瘤引起动眼神经麻痹多为双眼、常见于育龄期女性,发为单侧绝经后女性的报道在临床上罕见。本文主要阐述绝经后女性首发为单侧动眼神经麻痹的垂体催乳素大腺瘤一例的病例报告,以期为临床眼科医师提供参考。Pituitary adenomas which cause motor nerve palsy are frequently bilateral and common in women of reproductive age, while unilateral palsy in postmenopausal women is uncommon. This article is a case report of a pituitary prolactin macroadenoma in a postmenopausal lady with unilateral motor nerve palsy, with the goal of serving as a resource for clinical ophthalmologists.
