摘  要:在电力行业大力推动高质量发展的背景下,开展电力电子系统同步控制相关研究对于实现电力电子系统智能化普及有重要意义。研究发现目前我国电力电子系统中应用同步控制技术主要有模块化多电平变换器、碳化硅智能功率模块、分布式系统通信协议三种,基于EtherCAT协议的电力电子分布式控制系统同步技术应用广泛,具有数据传输快和精度高的优势,但在应用过程中时钟同步会对其运行产生影响,在使用过程中需要做好时钟同步误差分析,希望本研究结果能够为提升电力电子系统智能化水平提供理论参考。Under the background of vigorously promoting high-quality development in the power industry, it is of great significance to carry out research on synchronous control of power electronic systems for realizing the intelligent popularization of power electronic systems. It is found that the application of synchronous control technology in power electronic system in China mainly includes modular multilevel converter, silicon carbide intelligent power module and distributed system communication protocol. The synchronization technology of power electronic distributed control system based on EtherCAT protocol is widely used, which has the advantages of fast data transmission and high precision. However, clock synchronization will affect its operation in the application process, and clock synchronization error analysis needs to be done in the use process. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide theoretical reference for improving the intelligent level of power electronic system.
