摘  要:采用不同浓度的重金属Cu和Cd胁迫东京野茉莉幼苗,运用高效液相色谱法同时测定东京野茉莉根系分泌物中有机酸,研究不同浓度重金属Cu和Cd胁迫下东京野茉莉根系分泌物中有机酸含量的影响。试验结果表明:不同浓度重金属Cu和Cd对东京野茉莉根系分泌物中有机酸含量差异较大,其中Cu胁迫后的柠檬酸和丁二酸含量几乎没有,对应浓度下Cd胁迫后的草酸影响最大。Using different concentrations of heavy metals Cu and Cd to stress the seedlings of Styrax tonkinensis, the organic acids in the root exudates of Styrax tonkinensis were simultaneously determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and the effects of different concentrations of heavy metals Cu and Cd on the content of organic acids in the root exudates of Styrax tonkinensis were studied. The results showed that different concentrations of heavy metals Cu and Cd had great differences in the content of organic acids in the root exudates of Styrax tonkinensis, among which the contents of citric acid and succinic acid after Cu stress were almost zero, and oxalic acid after Cd stress had the greatest effect at the corresponding concentration.
