摘　　要：本文从医学模式的转变中,依循精神医学的简要历程,探寻学科未来的发展趋势,提出精神类疾病实体化倾向仍然是未来发展的总体脉络。非实体化思路仅仅是认识精神类疾病的一个方面而已。This article explores the future development trend of discipline based on the brief history of psychiatry in the transformation of medical models, and proposes that the trend of substantialization of mental diseases is still the dominating overall trend of future development. And the non-sub- stantive approach is only one aspect of understanding mental health diseases.
