A1/B1型柱[5]芳烃超分子凝胶的设计,合成及应用

摘　　要：本文设计合成两种A1/B1型柱[5]芳烃,分别为羧基修饰的柱[5]芳烃(AP)和氨基修饰的柱[5]芳烃(CAP),利用胺基和羧基之间形成氢键的性质,AP与CAP在溶剂DMSO中可形成稳定的凝胶结构。利用SEM、IR、流变、MTT等对凝胶的形貌、结构和细胞毒性进行了详细的表征。此外,由于所制备的凝胶具有疏松多孔结构,可以有效地用于抗癌药物DOX的载体用于杀死肿瘤细胞。In this paper, two types of A1/B1-pillar[5]arenes are designed and synthesized, namely AP modified by carboxyl group and CAP modified by amino group. By taking advantage of the property of hydrogen bonds formed between amino groups and carboxyl groups, AP and CAP can form a stable gel structure in solvent DMSO. The morphology, structure and cytotoxicity of the gel are characterized in detail by SEM, IR, rheology, MTT and other methods. In addition, since the prepared gel has a loose and porous structure, it can be effectively used as a carrier of anticancer drug DOX to kill tumor cells.
