摘  要:本研究通过文献调查、深度访谈等方法,以广东省高校女教师和学生为研究对象进行实地采访调研,从教师和学生角度全面把握高校女教师语言表达的优势、缺失、困境。提出将播音主持艺术体系的核心课程应用于教师的口头表达,女教师应注重发音的标准、语用的灵活运用、人际交往技巧以及特殊气质的培养。最后,从言语问题、方法、语言表达的生动性和人际沟通技巧等方面对女教师口语表达进行了关注。研究利用中国播音主持的研究成果与实践创新,将播音主持的口语表达技巧与教师的口语相结合,丰富课堂口语的研究半径,力求发现高校女性教师口语表达的优势与不足,旨在从技能层面提升女教师的职业能力,进而提升女性教师的职业认同感,具有重大的创新意义和研究价值。This study conducted field interviews with female teachers and students in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province as the research object through literature survey and in-depth interview, and comprehensively grasped the advantages, shortcomings and difficulties of female teachers'oral expression from the perspective of teachers and students. It is suggested that the core curriculum of broadcasting and hosting art system should be applied to teachers’ oral ex-pression, and female teachers should pay attention to the standard pronunciation, flexible use of pragmatics, interpersonal communication skills and the cultivation of special temperament. Finally, attentions are paid to female teachers’ oral expression from the aspects of speech problems, meth-ods, vividness of oral expression and interpersonal communication skills. This study suggests to combine the oral expression skills of broadcasting and hosting with teachers’ spoken language us-ing Chinese broadcasting and hosting art system’s research and practice. Also, the research radius of oral classroom should be enriched, and the advantages and disadvantages of female college teachers’ oral expression should be found, so as to improve the professional ability of female teach-ers from the skill level, and thus enhance the professional identity of female teachers, which is of great innovative significance and research value.
