摘  要:耳朵经济时代的到来使广播剧焕发出了新的生机。猫耳FM作为深耕垂类广播剧的平台,以改编热门IP、合作专业配音工作室、打造独特品牌辨识度等特色,吸引了亚文化群体的喜爱。但目前平台也面临着选题范围窄、优秀CV不足、改编不达预期、盈利模式单一等发展困境。因此,本文从选题范围、CV培养、后期制作、社区建设等方面为平台提供了若干优化建议。The arrival of the era of ear economy has brought new vitality to radio dramas. As a platform for deep-rooted radio dramas, Maoer FM has attracted the love of subculture groups by adapting popular IPs, cooperating with professional dubbing studios, and creating unique brand recognition. However, the current platform is also facing development difficulties such as a narrow range of topic selection, insufficient excellent CVs, adaptations that do not meet expectations, and a single profit model. Therefore, this article provides several optimization suggestions for the platform from the aspects of topic selection, CV cultivation, post-production, and community building.
