新时代中国特色大国外交理念的“传播路径”探究

摘　　要：中国特色大国外交理念,是新中国一贯的外交政策与思想在新时代的传承与发展。近几十年来,中国的现代化进程不断加快、国际地位不断提升、国际影响力也不断增强,我国提出的各种外宣政策、理念等都受到了国际社会的关注,如:“构建人类命运共同体”的理念,因此,向国际社会宣传中国形象尤为重要且刻不容缓。国内学者及其他领域专家就如何促进传播以及加快传播速度引起了的广泛的讨论和关注。本文以“构建人类命运共同体的理念”为指引,以政府工作报告为文本,探究新时代中国特色大国外交理念的“传播路径”,旨在提高新时代中国特色大国外交理念的传播效果,丰富新时代中国特色大国外交理念的研究维度,增进国际社会对新时代中国特色大国外交理念的理解和认同,为构建人类命运共同体尽绵薄之力。The philosophy underpinning China’s diplomacy as a major country with Chinese characteristics is the inheritance and development of the People’s Republic of China’s consistent foreign policy and ideology in the new era. In recent decades, as China’s modernization has accelerated, its international status has been elevated, and its global influence has continually grown, various foreign publicity policies and concepts proposed by China have drawn international attention, such as the notion of “building a community with a shared future for mankind”. Therefore, promoting China’s image to the international community is particularly important and urgent. Domestic scholars and experts from other fields have sparked widespread discussion and concern regarding how to enhance and expedite the communication. Guided by the idea of “building a community with a shared future for mankind”, and taking the government’s reports as the textual basis, this paper explores the “communication routes” of the philosophy underpinning China’s diplomacy as a major country with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It aims to improve the effectiveness of the communication of the philosophy underpinning China’s diplomacy as a major country with Chinese characteristics in the new era, enrich the research dimensions of this concept, foster international understanding and recognition of it, and contribute modestly to the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
