“健脑壮骨合剂”在儿童自闭症及共患病中的临床应用

摘　　要：自闭症儿童除具备社会交往障碍,语言功能障碍、兴趣狭隘和刻板重复的行为方式三大类核心症状外,同时还共患多种其他疾病。笔者依据自闭症的相关中医病因病机及发病特点,从“脑–肾–脾”三脏同治,研制了“健脑壮骨合剂”,在儿童自闭症及共患病的临床治疗方面具有独特的疗效,现报道如下。Autistic children not only have three core symptoms of social communication disorders, language disorders, narrow interests, stereotyped and repetitive behaviors, but also suffer from various other diseases. According to the related etiology, pathogenesis and characteristics of children with autism in traditional Chinese medicine, the author developed “brain strengthening and bone strengthening mixture” for the treatment of autism and related comorbidities from the three viscera of “brain-kidney-spleen”. It has unique therapeutic effects in the clinical treatment of autism and comorbidities in children, the report is as follows.
