浅谈“火郁发之”在眼科领域的应用

摘　　要：“火郁发之”理论在医学领域应用广泛,眼科临床也不例外。基于历代医家的深入阐释与经验总结,该理论在眼科疾病治疗中展现出显著效果与广泛适用性。古今医学文献均记载了丰富的成功案例,印证了其科学性及在眼科领域的实践价值。本文从理论解读、与眼病的关联及眼科临床应用等方面探讨“火郁发之”理论在眼科疾病诊疗中的理论与实践意义,以期为中医眼科临床诊疗提供创新思考与新的探索方向。The theory of “Huo Yu Fa Zhi” is widely used in the medical field, and ophthalmology is no exception. Based on the in-depth interpretation and experience summary of medical practitioners in the past dynasties, the theory has shown remarkable effect and wide applicability in the treatment of eye diseases. Numerous successful cases have been recorded in ancient and modern medical literature, which confirms its scientific nature and practical value in the field of ophthalmology. This paper discusses the theoretical and practical significance of the theory of “Huo Yu Fa Zhi” in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases from the aspects of theoretical interpretation, correlation with eye diseases and clinical application of ophthalmology, to provide innovative thinking and new exploration direction for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese ophthalmology.
