脑电图异常放电检出率影响因素的研究进展

摘　　要：脑电图(Electroencephalogram, EEG)可将癫痫患者发作期及发作间期的癫痫样放电准确地记录下来,从而对癫痫的临床诊断及治疗发挥重要指导作用。本文阐明了脑电图异常放电(Abnormal Discharge)检出率的相关影响因素,包括脑电图监测时间、癫痫的类型、发作频率、是否合理应用抗癫痫药物、压力及诱发试验,为脑电图在癫痫诊断中的常规应用提供可靠依据。Electroencephalogram (EEG) can accurately record seizure and interseizure epileptic discharges (IED) of epilepsy patients, thus playing an significant guiding role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy. This article elucidates the relevant influencing factors on the detection rate of abnormal discharge in electroencephalogram (EEG), including EEG monitoring time, type of epilepsy, seizure frequency, rational use of antiepileptic drugs, stress and provocative test, providing reliable basis for the routine application of EEG in epilepsy diagnosis.
