达芬奇机器人在盆腔器官脱垂治疗中的应用

摘  要:盆腔器官脱垂主要是指子宫、阴道前后壁及其相邻器官(膀胱或直肠)向下移位,其手术方式从经阴道缝合修补发展到经腹骶骨固定术,随着新技术的发展,达芬奇机器人逐渐应用于盆腔器官脱垂的治疗中,相较于传统手术方式,达芬奇机器人可给予术者更稳定的操作系统,更少的手术疲劳以及更加精细的操作,从而降低术中出血量、腹腔引流量等评价手术质量的临床指标,尽管其学习曲线时间较长,但随着术者的手术熟练度的提高,患者手术时间呈逐渐下降的趋势。随着网络技术的不断进步,借助达芬奇操作平台能够突破地域限制,使远程操控成为可能,有助于更好地进行医疗资源的分配。Pelvic organ prolapse primarily refers to the downward displacement of the uterus, anterior and posterior vaginal walls, and adjacent organs (bladder or rectum). Surgical interventions for this condition have evolved from transvaginal suturing and repair to abdominal sacrocolpopexy. With the development of new technologies, the da Vinci robotic system has gradually been applied in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse. Compared with traditional surgical approaches, the da Vinci robot provides surgeons with a more stable operating system, reduces surgical fatigue, and allows for more precise maneuvers, thereby decreasing intraoperative blood loss, drainage volume, and other clinical indicators that evaluate surgical quality. Although the learning curve for this technology is relatively long, as surgeons become more proficient, the operative time for patients tends to decrease gradually. With the continuous advancement of network technology, leveraging the da Vinci operating platform can transcend geographical limitations, making remote control a possibility and facilitating better allocation of medical resources.
