摘 要:发展公共自行车是践行“绿色出行”战略的重要手段,是发展绿色交通的重要保障。本文首先回顾了我国公共自行车发展历程,比较当下区域自行车、传统公共自行车和网络共享自行车运营模式;然后提出现阶段行业发展存在的问题;最后对我国未来公共自行车运营方式、准入与退出、收费方式和使用环境等四个方面提出思考,为探索我国城市公共自行车发展模式提供参考。Development of public bicycle is becoming an important measure to approach “green traveling” strategy, and is an important safeguard for green transport. Firstly, in the article, the development history of public bicycle is reviewed. The advantage and disadvantage of regional bicycle, traditional public bicycle and network bicycle sharing are compared. Secondly, many problems of the industry in current stage are put forward. At last, ideas for four aspects of development mode of public bicycle related to operation mode, entry and exit, ticket and fare and operational environment are developed, which provide a reference for the development of public bicycle in China.
