摘 要:气体检测和监测至关重要,因为它们对人类健康、环境和生态系统具有直接的影响。基于表面阵列结构的半导体式气体传感器具有高度有序的阵列结构、较高的比表面积、丰富的表面活性位点和快速的面内载流子迁移率,在有害气体检测方面具有巨大的应用潜力。因此,高度均匀的形貌、稳定的定向生长特性、大比表面积以及潜在的小型化使纳米阵列成为一种有前途的传感器应用结构。在本文中,我们采用简单的电化学阳极氧化法和原位光还原法制备了独立、完整、透明的TiO2纳米管阵列薄膜及Ag-TiO2纳米管阵列复合材料。并通过多种表征手段对TiO2 NTA及Ag-TiO2 NTA复合材料的物相结构和阵列形貌、元素组成进行了分析。所开发的Ag-TiO2 NTA气体传感器表现出优异的气体传感特性,如低工作温度、高选择性、长期稳定性等。上述出色的灵敏度性能满足了新型气体传感器在实际使用、安全性、稳定性、节能性等方面的持续需求。Gas detection and monitoring are critical because they have a direct impact on human health, the environment and ecosystems. Semiconductor gas sensors based on surface array structure have a highly ordered array structure, high specific surface area, abundant surface active sites and fast in-plane carrier mobility, which have great application potential in the detection of harmful gases. Therefore, the highly uniform morphology, stable directional growth characteristics, large specific surface area, and potential miniaturization make nanoarrays a promising sensor application structure. In this paper, we have prepared independent, complete and transparent TiO2 nanotube array films and Ag-TiO2 nanotube array composites by simple electrochemical anodizing and in situ photoreduction methods. The phase structure, array morphology, and elemental composition of TiO2 NTA and Ag-TiO2 NTA composites were analyzed by various characterization methods. The developed Ag-TiO2 NTA gas sensor shows excellent gas sensing characteristics, such as low operating temperature, high selectivity and long-term stability. The above excellent sensitivity performance meets the continuous needs of the new gas sensor in practical use, safety, stability, energy saving and other aspects.
