摘　　要：肺癌,作为一种高发病率和高死亡率的常见呼吸系统恶性肿瘤,其中肺炎型肺癌(Pneumonic-Type Lung Carcinoma, PTLC)是周围型肺癌的一种特殊表现形式,由于其影像和临床表现与肺炎等疾病相似,容易被误诊,导致错失最佳治疗时机。本文报道了1例罕见的肺炎型肺癌,详细描述了其诊断和治疗过程。患者预后良好,目前化疗后CT扫描显示病灶明显吸收。Lung cancer, as a common respiratory malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality, among which pneumonic-type lung carcinoma (PTLC) is a special manifestation of peripheral lung cancer, which is easily misdiagnosed due to the similarity of its imaging and clinical manifestations with those of diseases such as pneumonia, resulting in the loss of optimal treatment. In this article, we report a rare case of pneumonia-type lung carcinoma and describe its diagnosis and treatment in detail. The patient had a good prognosis, and the CT scan showed significant resorption of the lesion after the current chemotherapy.
