摘  要:在过去的一段时间内,金属锚杆尾部的问题较为突出,影响到了锚杆的使用寿命和支护效果。本文基于地下工程中采用的普通金属锚杆制作工艺,对普通金属锚杆存在的问题进行了调查和分析,研究了如何提高现用金属锚杆的整体性能。研究结果表明,金属高强度粗尾锚杆经过特殊加工工艺,借助先进的加工工艺提高螺纹加工精度,提高锚杆尾部的延伸率是提高锚杆整体性能的几种重要方法,大大提高了锚尾的塑性和锚杆整体强度。In the past few years, the problems of the metal bolt are very serious, which terribly influence the service life and the supporting effect. Base on the manufacturing technique of the common metal bolt applied to the underground projects, the paper had a investigation and a analysis at the existed problems of the common metal bolt and had a study on how to improve the integrated per-formances of the present metal bolt. Research results show that after the special processing tech-nique of the bolt, with the help of advanced processing technology to improve the accuracy of thread processing and by improving bolt elongation, the integrated strength and the plasticity of the bolt will be highly improved.
