摘 要:本文针对连续油管半挂车在山区和丘陵地区转向机动性差的问题,设计了连续油管半挂车双后桥液压转向系统,并完成了液压元件的选型。在AMESim系统中对所设计的液压转向系统进行了建模,对转向驱动液压缸的位移、速度进行了仿真分析,证明了液压缸输入实时调整输出位移满足实时调整转向的要求,也验证了三通压力补偿器的有效性。通过液压系统的动态仿真,分析了比例方向阀的阻尼比以及闭环系统前置放大器增益对动态特性的影响。本文的研究对解决传统的连续油管半挂车在狭窄道路行驶转向困难问题具有一定的实际指导意义。This paper proposes a design scheme for the problem of poor steering maneuverability of coiled tubing semi-trailers in mountainous and hilly areas. This article introduces the double rear axle hydraulic steering system of coiled tubing semi-trailer, and completes the selection of hydraulic components. The completed work includes the establishment of a hydraulic steering system model in the AMESim system. The displacement and speed of the steering drive hydraulic cylinder are simulated and analyzed. This research proves that real-time adjustment of hydraulic cylinder input and output displacement meets the requirements of real-time adjustment of steering. This article also involves the verification of the effectiveness of the three-way pressure compensator. Through the dynamic simulation of the hydraulic system, this research analyzes the influence of the damping ratio of the proportional directional valve on the dynamic characteristics. The influence of the preamplifier gain of the closed-loop system on the dynamic characteristics is analyzed. This article mainly solves the problem of difficult steering of traditional coiled tubing semi-trailer when driving on narrow roads. It has certain practical guiding significance.
