摘 要:文章根据80 km/h地铁B型车辆及永磁抱轴直驱转向架参数,在多体动力学软件SIMACK建立车辆动力学模型。分析了一系纵向、横向定位刚度及二系横向刚度对车辆蛇形稳定性的影响。引入GB/T 5599-2019车辆动力学性能评定指标,分析悬挂刚度对车辆曲线通过性能的影响,优选了各悬挂刚度值;分析悬挂阻尼对车辆运行平稳性的影响,优选了二系横向、垂向阻尼值。对优化悬挂参数后车辆进行动力学性能校核,结果表明,永磁抱轴直驱转向架拥有优异的曲线通过能力,蛇形稳定性及运行平稳性动力学性能指标均小于限定值,且拥有一定安全裕量。According to the parameters of 80 km/h metro B-type vehicle and permanent magnet axle-holding direct-drive bogie, the vehicle dynamics model is established in multi-body dynamics software SIMACK. The influence of the primary longitudinal and lateral positioning stiffness and the secondary lateral stiffness on the snake stability of the vehicle is analyzed. The GB/T 5599-2019 vehicle dynamic performance evaluation index is introduced to analyze the influence of suspension stiffness on the curve passing performance of the vehicle, and the suspension stiffness values are optimized. The influence of suspension damping on vehicle running stability is analyzed, and the secondary lateral and vertical damping values are optimized. The dynamic performance of the vehicle after optimizing the suspension parameters is checked. The results show that the permanent magnet axle-holding direct-drive bogie has excellent curve passing ability, and the dynamic performance indexes of serpentine stability and running stability are less than the limit value, and it has a certain safety margin.
