摘 要:根据初始弯曲柔性梁的3R伪刚体模型,构建了含有初始弯曲柔性梁的四杆机构的仿真模型,并在ADAMS软件中进行建模仿真,输出伪刚体模型的末端轨迹和末端转角,并和ANSYS软件中建立的刚柔耦合模型输出结果以及基于1R伪刚体模型建立的机构仿真模型输出结果进行对比,可以对3R伪刚体模型进行验证是否可行、优越,为更广泛应用初始弯曲柔性梁打下了坚实的基础。Based on the 3R pseudo-rigid body model of an initially curved flexible beam, the article constructed a simulation model of a four-bar mechanism that incorporates the initially curved flexible beam. The modeling and simulation were conducted using ADAMS software, and the end trajectory and end angle of the pseudo-rigid body model were output. These results were then compared with the output from the rigid-flexible coupling model established in ANSYS software and the output from the mechanism simulation model based on the 1R pseudo-rigid body model. This comparison facilitates the verification of the feasibility and advantages of the 3R pseudo-rigid body model, thereby laying a solid foundation for the broader application of initially curved flexible beam.
