翻译美学视角下的《树泪》英译本

摘　　要：《树泪》是陕西作家红柯的一部优秀短篇小说,小说描写了新疆的风土人情,体现了文学语言和口头语言相结合的特色,这部小说由胡宗锋与罗宾•吉尔班克译为英文作品。作为短篇小说,《树泪》的语言同时具有语言凝练及浓厚地域风情的特点,并有着一定美学价值,这也给翻译工作带来了难度。本文从翻译美学的角度出发,由“准”、“美”、“精”三个方向分析《树泪》英译本的翻译美学体现。The Tears of the Trees is an excellent short story by Hong Ke, a writer from Shaanxi Province. The short story unfolds the local customs of Xinjiang and embodies the features of literary language and oral language. This short story is translated into English by Hu Zongfeng and Robin Gilbank. As a short story, the language of The Tears of the Trees has the characteristics of concise language and strong regional customs, and possesses certain aesthetic value, which also brings difficulties to translation. From the perspective of translation aesthetics, this article analyzes the translation aes-thetics of the English version of The Tears of the Trees from three aspects: accuracy, beauty and conciseness.
