摘 要:在全球化加速影响下,国际交流日益频繁,影视作为一种重要的文化载体,引发了愈来愈多关注,包括对影视技术的升级,对影视内容包容的扩增,但影视翻译领域研究稍显匮乏。作为影视翻译的一部分,字幕翻译是重要的组成部分。字幕翻译的主要功能是使观看者在短时间内获取信息,尽可能使观看者成为“源语者”,语言形式与文化都得以顺势输出,因此字幕翻译显得尤为重要。本文结合《山海经之再见怪兽》的字幕翻译,探讨文学翻译中归化和异化理论在电影翻译中的运用,尤其是中国传统话术的翻译,促进电影文化交流的同时,也是电影翻译理论与实践的有机结合。With the rapid pace of globalization and the rise in international exchanges, film and television, as essential cultural carriers, are receiving more attention. This includes improvements in technology and the expansion of content. However, there is a small dearth of research on the translation of film and television. Subtitling is an essential part in translating movies and television shows. The pri-mary goal of subtitle translation is to facilitate quick information retrieval for the spectator, allow-ing them to take on the role of “source language speaker” and export language form and culture in the process. It is evident how important subtitle translation is. The paper, based on the subtitling translation of “Goodbye Monsters”, discusses the application of domestication and foreignization strategies in film translation, especially the translation of traditional Chinese scripts. This paper promotes the exchange of film culture and is also a combination of film translation theory and prac-tice.
