摘　　要：本研究旨在评估主流机器翻译软件在科技论文翻译中的表现,并探讨译后编辑策略的有效性。研究通过案例分析法,对市场上几种主流机器翻译软件翻译的科技文本译文进行了深入评估。分析重点包括专有名词的误译、词汇选择的适当性、复杂句式的处理以及译文对原文结构的依赖程度。研究结果表明,虽然机器翻译在提高翻译效率方面具有显著优势,但其译文在准确性和流畅性方面仍存在不足。针对发现的问题,本文提出了一系列译后编辑建议,旨在优化翻译质量。This study aims to evaluate the performance of the main machine translation software in translating scientific and technical papers and to explore the effectiveness of post-editing strategies. The study selected several mainstream machine translation software in the market and evaluated the translation results in depth through the case study method. The analysis focuses on the mistranslation of proper nouns, the appropriateness of vocabulary selection, the handling of complex sentences, and the degree of dependence of the translated text on the structure of the original text. The findings show that although machine translation has significant advantages in improving translation efficiency, its translations still have deficiencies in terms of accuracy and fluency. In response to the problems identified, this paper proposes a series of post-editing suggestions aimed at optimizing translation quality.
