普通话语言能力与主观幸福感的互动关系——基于广州市外来务工人员语言调查  

The Interactive Relationship between Mandarin Language Proficiency and Subjective Well-Being—An Investigation Based on Linguistic Surveys of Migrant Workers in Guangzhou

摘　　要：本文以广州市外来务工人员为调查对象,基于206份有效调查问卷,运用资料收集法、访谈调查法、数据分析法,分析外来务工人员的语言能力、语言使用、语言态度基本情况,并通过语言使用与语言态度总结其主观幸福感,进一步讨论普通话语言能力与主观幸福感的互动关系,并得出以下结论:普通话语言能力作为文化符号与人力资本对主观幸福感产生影响,而主观幸福感能反作用于个体的普通话语言能力,最后提出两点建议:坚持推普与保护方言的辩证统一并加强外界学习指导与平台支持。This paper takes migrant workers in Guangzhou as the research subjects, based on 206 valid survey questionnaires. Employing methods such as data collection, interview surveys, and data analysis, it analyzes the basic situation of migrant workers’ language proficiency, language use, and language attitudes. By summarizing their subjective well-being through language use and language attitudes, the paper further discusses the interactive relationship between Mandarin language proficiency and subjective well-being. The following conclusions are drawn: Mandarin language proficiency, as a cultural symbol and human capital, exerts an influence on subjective well-being, while subjective well-being can in turn affect an individual’s Mandarin language proficiency. Finally, two suggestions are proposed: adhering to the dialectical unity of promoting Mandarin and protecting dialects, as well as strengthening external learning guidance and platform support.
