当代大学生的姓名特征及其生成机制分析

摘　　要：作为人际区分的一种语言符号,姓名蕴含着丰富的文化内涵,也是呈现时代印记的一种独特标识。文章从语言和文化交叉的视角探究当代大学生姓名用字特征及其生成机制。分析发现,大学生姓名用字在音律、语义选择和认知偏好以及社会文化语境等层面呈现出差异性特征;姓名的生成源自隐喻、直抒胸臆或寓意辐射、词性搭配以及概念整合机制。姓名的生成还与个体、文化、时代和社会发展密切关联,是多重因素共同驱动所致。对姓名的深度解读有助于了解当代人的取名偏好、机制及其动因,揭示其蕴含的时代印记,并更好地理解姓名文化。As a kind of linguistic symbol for interpersonal differentiation, names are rich in cultural connotations, and are also a distinctive mark of the times. This paper analyzed the characteristics of contemporary college students’ names and their generative mechanisms from the linguistic and cultural perspectives. It is found that distinctive features are created among college students’ names in terms of phonology, semantic choices, cognitive preferences, and sociocultural contexts;and that names are derived of metaphors, direct expressions or allegorical radiations, lexical collocations, and conceptual integration. They are also closely related to individual, culture, epoch and social development, and are driven by multiple factors. Through an in-depth interpretation of names, it is hoped that people could better understand contemporary naming preferences, underlying mechanisms and reasons, so as to reveal the imprints of the times and the internal culture of names.
