摘 要:游戏在全球迅猛的扩张带动了游戏软件本地化行业的发展。中国市场作为全球游戏开发商的必争之地,奠定了游戏本地化的重要性。本文在交际翻译理论视角下,以互动式电影游戏《底特律:成为人类》为例,对游戏本地化翻译进行研究。研究发现,在交际翻译理论指导下,译者能够用简练地道的译文,传达原文的内容。用交际翻译理论指导与《底特律:成为人类》同类型游戏的本地化翻译能较为完整地传达其涵义,让目的语观众理解源语文化,能产生与源语观众一样的观影效果。The rapid global expansion of gaming industry has driven the growth of game localization. The Chinese market, as a battleground for global game developers, underscores the importance of game localization. From the perspective of communicative translation theory, this paper takes the interactive movie game Detroit: Become Human as an example to study the game localization translation. The study found that, guided by Communicative Translation Theory, the translators can concisely convey the meaning of the source text. The game localization translation can convey its content of source text in a relatively comprehensive way by applying the communication translation theory, which allows the target language players to understand the source language culture and produce the same effects on them as the source language players.
