摘 要:后疫情时代我国旅游业逐渐向好发展,文化与旅游产业的融合性与国际竞争力逐渐提高。中国江西省自然和人文旅游资源丰富独特,为提升江西旅游文本英译质量,扩大景点海外知名度,本文以认知语言学为理论指导,探究江西旅游文本的英译现状,提出江西旅游文本英译过程中应用认知语言学跨文化翻译的三个策略,即增加注释策略、适当删减策略和改写创作策略。研究发现,跨文化翻译策略能够促进江西旅游文本文化信息资源的准确传递,激发外国游客对江西本地著名景点的旅游热情,促进江西省旅游产业的国际化发展。China’s tourism industry has gradually tended to a good prospect in the post-pandemic era, which made the higher integration and international competitiveness of culture and tourism industry. Jiangxi province in China has rich and unique tourism resources of nature and culture. In order to improve the quality of the E-C translation of Jiangxi tourism texts, expand Jiangxi attractions overseas popularity, this paper takes Cognitive Linguistics as the theoretical guidance, first explores the status quo of the E-C translation of Jiangxi tourism texts, then puts forward three cross-cultural translation strategies of Cognitive Linguistics in the E-C translation process of these texts, namely the strategies of Annotation, Deletion and Adaptation. It is found that these strategies can promote the accurate transmission of the cultural information resources of the texts, foster the enthusiasm of foreign tourists to the local attractions in Jiangxi, and boost the international development of the tourism industry of Jiangxi province.
