摘　　要：本文以认知社会语言学为理论框架,以“饭圈文化”的“出圈”用语为研究对象,探讨了网络空间语言治理的现状与挑战。本文认为,“饭圈文化”是一种典型的网络亚文化,其“出圈”用语是一种特殊的网络语言现象,反映了网络空间语言的多样性与创造性,也暴露了网络空间语言的混乱与冲突。本文分析了“出圈”用语的形成机制、传播路径、功能效果和社会影响,指出了网络空间语言治理的必要性和紧迫性,提出了网络空间语言治理的原则和建议。This paper, using Cognitive Sociolinguistics as the theoretical framework, takes the “out-of-circle” terms of “Fan Circle Culture” as the research object to explore the current status and challenges of language governance in cyberspace. The paper posits that “Fan Circle Culture” is a typical online subculture, with its “out-of-circle” terms representing a unique phenomenon of online language. This reflects the diversity and creativity of language in cyberspace, while also exposing the chaos and conflicts present. The paper analyzes the formation mechanisms, dissemination paths, functional effects, and social impacts of “out-of-circle” terms, highlighting the necessity and urgency of language governance in cyberspace. It also proposes principles and suggestions for effective online language governance.
