模糊回应语“再说吧”的会话分析研究

摘　　要：本文运用会话分析的研究方法,考查自然会话中的模糊回应语“再说吧”。研究发现,在建议、邀请等序列中,“再说吧”虽属于非优先回应,但其通过推迟考虑对方提出的行为避免了明确拒绝。然而,在不同的序列环境下,“再说吧”执行的行为有所区别。当相邻对前件话轮设计不涉及具体时间、涉及时间“现在”、涉及未来不确定时间时,“再说吧”表达拒绝的强度会发生变化。“再说吧”作为模糊回应语避免了交际双方的矛盾和冲突,维持了双方的既有关系。Using conversation analysis as the research method, this study analyzes the vague response “zai shuo ba” (We’ll see.). It was found that in responding to such social actions as advising or inviting, “zai shuo ba” serves as a dispreferred response, but it avoids explicit refusal by delaying addressing the actions in the first pair part. However, in different sequential contexts, “zai shuo ba” plays slightly different roles. When the turn design of the first pair part involves no time, the time “now”, or an uncertain future time, the strength of refusal conveyed by “zai shuo ba” will vary. Using the vague response “zai shuo ba” avoids possible conflicts by avoiding an explicit refusal, maintaining the interlocutors’ existing relationship.
