摘　　要：从定性分析物流需求的一般特性出发,定量分析了影响上海市物流需求的独特特性以及主要影响因素,揭示出上海市物流需求表现出地域影响的辐射性、层次需求的高端性以及功能需求的国际性这三大特征,以期为上海市政府制定物流产业的发展政策、物流基础设施的建设提供必要的理论依据。Based on the qualitative analysis of the general characteristics of the logistics needs, the main factors are quantitatively analyzed and the unique characteristics of the Shanghai logistics needs are: regional effects of radiation, high-levels and international demand, which will necessarily help to develop the logistics industry policy and construction of logistics infrastructure.
