摘  要:基于问卷调查研究,构建并检验了职场生态位重叠二维结构模型,开发了员工职场生态位重叠的测量问卷。采用访谈、半结构化问卷获取原始数据,结合相关研究成果,通过整理、归纳和预调研修订等程序确定职场生态位重叠初始问卷。通过项目分析、探索性因子分析等方法确定正式问卷,运用验证性因子分析验证了职场生态位重叠的二维结构。实证研究发现,职场生态位重叠的二因子量表具有较好的信度和效度水平,包括职业成长路径重叠和职业发展资源重叠。Based on the questionnaire survey, a two-dimensional structure model of workplace niche overlap was constructed and tested, and a questionnaire was developed to measure the workplace niche overlap. The original data were obtained by interviews and semi-structured questionnaires, and the initial questionnaires of overlapping workplace ecology were determined by sorting, summarizing and pre-survey and revision, combined with relevant research results. The formal questionnaire was determined by project analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and the two-dimensional structure of workplace niche overlap was verified by confirmatory factor analysis. The empirical study discovered that the two-factor scale with overlapping occupational niche had better reliability and validity, including overlapping career growth paths and career development resources.
