摘　　要：针对日益频发的公共危机事件,文章从“韧性治理”的理论着手,挖掘社区韧性治理共同体的概念含义和构建要点。在厘清韧性治理和社区治理共同体基本内涵的基础上,结合两者之间的本质属性,客观分析了韧性治理与治理共同体的契合性。通过对现有学术界的研究分析影响社区韧性治理共同体构建的关键因素。从韧性治理和社区治理共同体的概念出发,介绍其理论涵义,其对社会管理和城市安全发展具有重要意义。In view of the increasingly frequent public crisis events, the article starts with the theory of “resilient governance”, and excavates the conceptual meaning and construction points of the community resilient governance community. On the basis of clarifying the basic connotation of resilience governance and governance community, combined with the essential attributes between the two, the paper objectively analyzes the fit between resilience governance and governance community. Through the research of the existing academic community, the key factors affecting the construction of community resilient governance community are analyzed. Starting from the conceptual meaning of resilience governance and community governance community, this paper introduces its theoretical meaning and practical cases, and concludes the construction path of community resilience governance community, and expounds its important significance for social management and urban safety development.
