摘 要:创业网络作为企业获取资源、突破资源壁垒困境的重要手段,通常是指创业者或创业企业所有社会关系的总和,由个人网络与组织网络两个层面构成。创业网络又可分为正式网络和非正式网络,其中前者包括创业者或创业企业与政府、银行、行业协会等之间的关系;后者指其与亲戚、朋友、同事等之间的关系。创业网络在促进企业进步、能力提升以及帮助企业提高绩效方面扮演着不可忽视的重要角色,然而能否提高资源获取的效率,进而提升企业绩效,还取决于这一过程中创业学习的作用。因此,本文从网络规模、网络多样性和网络强度三个维度,对创业网络的正式网络和非正式网络和企业绩效的相关研究进行梳理,发现创业网络对创业企业绩效有着正向影响作用,并且创业学习在其中发挥着中介作用。Entrepreneurial network, as an important means for enterprises to obtain resources and break through resource barriers, usually refers to the sum of all social relations of entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial enterprises, which is composed of two levels: personal network and organizational network. Entrepreneurial network can be divided into formal network and informal network. The former includes the relationship between entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial enterprises and the government, banks, industry associations, etc. The latter refers to the relationship with relatives, friends, colleagues, etc. Entrepreneurial network plays an important role in promoting enterprise progress, improving capability and helping enterprises improve performance. However, whether it can improve the efficiency of resource acquisition and improve enterprise performance depends on the role of entrepreneurial learning in this process. Therefore, from the three dimensions of net-work size, network diversity and network strength, this paper sorts out the relevant research on the formal and informal networks of entrepreneurial network and enterprise performance, and finds that entrepreneurial network has a positive effect on the performance of entrepreneurial enterprises, and entrepreneurial learning plays an intermediary role.
