残障群体线上招聘管控平台满意度测评与优化策略研究——以达州为例

摘　　要：本文采用实地调查法、问卷分析法,根据有关残障群体线上招聘管控平台满意度调查问卷剖析用户对残障群体线上招聘平台的满意程度,运用SPSS软件对信息数据信度与效度进行检验,剖析影响残障群体线上招聘管控平台运行问题,据此提出改善线上招聘平台的发展策略:优化平台培训内容、优化平台培训内容、提高信息发布质量、增加岗位相关供应以及其他相关建议。This paper uses the field survey method and questionnaire analysis method to analyze the user’s satisfaction with the online recruitment control platform of the disabled group according to the satisfaction questionnaire of the online recruitment control platform for the disabled group, and uses SPSS software are to test the reliability and validity of the information data, and analyzes the problems affecting the operation of the online recruitment control platform for the disabled group. Increase the supply of jobs and other related recommendations.
