摘　　要：组织沟通是企业管理不可或缺的一部分,它对提高运营效率、促进企业发展、提升员工满意度等方面都有着重要的影响。本文首先对组织沟通的内涵进行了介绍,其次分析了组织沟通在企业中发挥的重要作用,随后针对组织沟通在现实层面可能存在的问题,例如信息传递不畅、跨部门沟通困难以及沟通氛围紧张,提出相关的解决方案,包括优化沟通体系、强化跨部门协作、重塑沟通环境。Organizational communication is an indispensable part of enterprise management, which has an important impact on improving operation efficiency, promoting enterprise development, and enhancing employee satisfaction. This paper first introduces the connotation of organizational communication, then analyzes the important role of organizational communication in enterprises, and then proposes relevant solutions to the possible problems in organizational communication at the practical level, such as poor information transmission, difficulties in cross-department communication, and tense communication atmosphere, including optimizing the communication system, strengthening cross-department collaboration, and reshaping the communication environment.
