摘 要:通过社会再范畴和积极区分印象管理策略,可以有效地降低性别刻板印象对职场女性的影响,前一种是为了淡化与女性的关系,而后一种则是凸显女性的正面特质。基于职业性别而实施的印象管理,是当前社会身份印象管理领域的一个重要课题,但却缺乏系统性的研究。因此,本论文以职场女性的视角,依据已有的研究成果,对印象管理策略、职业性别刻板印象与反刻板印象的交互作用进行了系统的文献梳理与归纳,探讨不同策略在不同步企业情境下的效果,为更好地挖掘女性人力资本价值,提升女性群体福利水平提供理论依据。The influence of gender stereotypes on working women can be effectively reduced through social re-categorization and positive differentiation impression management strategies. The former is to dilute the relationship with women, and the other is to highlight the positive qualities of women. Impression management based on gender occupation is an important topic in the field of impression management of social identity, but it lacks systematic research. Therefore, from the perspective of workplace women and on the basis of existing research results, this paper systematically combs and summarizes the literature on the interaction of impression management strategy, professional gender stereotypes and anti-stereotype, discusses the effect of different strategies in the context of synchronized enterprise, and provides theoretical basis for better mining female human capital value and enhancing the level of female group welfare.
