摘　　要：文章深入探讨了在中国计划生育背景下,失独家庭等特殊家庭在养老与医疗方面的独特需求及挑战。文章指出,失独家庭因缺少子女的传统支持,面临着特别的情感、经济和社会难题。社会组织在此背景下发挥着重要作用,不仅提供物质与医疗援助,还给予心理和情感支持。基于一线调研,文章揭示了中国社会组织在资源、政策支持和专业能力方面的挑战。建议政府提高政策稳定性、建立准入和认证机制、搭建系统化信息平台、加强跨部门合作,从而全面提升相关服务质量和效率。This paper thoroughly explores the unique demands and challenges in elderly care and medical aspects of special families, such as families that have lost their only child, under the background of China’s family planning policy. The article indicates that families that have lost their only child face special emotional, economic and social predicaments due to the absence of traditional support from their children. Social organizations play a significant role in this context, not only offering material and medical assistance but also providing psychological and emotional support. Based on first-line investigations and research, this article reveals the challenges of Chinese social organizations in terms of resources, policy support and professional capabilities. It is recommended that the government enhance policy stability, establish access and certification mechanisms, construct systematic information platforms and strengthen cross-departmental cooperation, thereby comprehensively upgrading the quality and efficiency of related services.
