摘 要:为研究斜率误差对线性菲涅尔式聚光系统光学性能的影响,采用Soltrace软件建立了16列一次反射镜的线性菲涅尔式聚光系统模型。在此基础上,研究了斜率误差对线性菲涅尔式聚光系统中集热管表面的能流分布和光学效率的影响,并提出根据最大光斑宽度来选择一次镜从而降低不利影响的策略。研究结果表明:一定范围内的斜率误差使集热管表面周向的能流分布更加均匀,而过大的斜率误差则显著降低系统的光学性能。依照该方法设计一次镜,不仅具有较好的光学性能,而且能容错一定范围内斜率误差带来的其他不利影响,通过优化聚光器高度,斜率误差对进入率和光线效率造成的影响分别降低了4.04%和2.42%。To study the effect of slope error on the optical performance of the linear Fresnel concentrator system, a model of the linear Fresnel concentrator system with 16 rows of primary mirrors is established using Soltrace software. On this basis, the effect of slope error on the energy flow distribution and optical efficiency of the collector surface in the linear Fresnel concentrator system is studied, and a strategy to reduce the negative effect by selecting primary mirrors according to the maximum spot width is proposed. The results show that a certain range of slope error makes the energy flow distribution around the collector surface more uniform, while too large a slope error significantly reduces the optical performance of the system. By optimizing the concentrator height, the impact of slope error on entry rate and light efficiency is reduced by 4.04% and 2.42%, respectively.
