摘  要:超流氦因其优秀的热力学特性被广泛应用于国外大型超导加速器中。随着科学研究的发展,国内对超流氦的需求也有所提高。目前制备2 K超流氦的经典方法为抽气减压制冷技术,超导加速器对该过程中氦池的压力稳定性的要求不断提高,当前主流的压力控制手段已很难满足需求。本文提出一种基于热力计算的压缩机抽气量精确调节方法,结合氦的物性和氦池内的各物性参数建立控制方程。在MATLAB中对比普通的PID调节方法与该精确调节方法的压力波动表现,证明其提高压力稳定性的作用。Superfluid helium is widely used in superconducting accelerators due to its excellent thermody-namic properties. With the development of scientific research, the demand for superfluid helium in China has also increased. At present, the classic method for preparing 2 K superfluid helium is de-compression refrigeration technology. The requirements for the pressure stability of the helium pool in superconducting accelerators are constantly increasing, and the current mainstream pres-sure control methods are difficult to meet the requirements. This article proposes a precise ad-justment method for compressor suction based on thermal calculation, which combines the physical properties of helium and various physical parameters in the helium pool to establish a control equation. Comparing the pressure fluctuation performance of the ordinary PID adjustment method with that of the precise adjustment method in MATLAB, its role in improving pressure stability is demonstrated.
