摘  要:滤芯过滤过程的仿真是空气滤清器设计过程中关键的设计方法。过滤材料在数值仿真中视为一种多孔介质,为了解决多孔–流体结构相互作用的问题,本文研究了一种有效的算法,从建模和离散两种技术方向出发,采用扩展的任意拉格朗日欧拉坐标法,在流体问题和弹性问题之间相互迭代,使用特殊的数值方法来求解分离的方程组。本文使用Navier-Stokes-Brinkman方程组,基于四边形网格上的有限体积离散化,使用多点通量近似(MPFA)方法来实现粗糙和拉伸四边形网格上精确的数值解,最后通过试验室测量结果对仿真结果进行了验证,证明了通过算法得到的变形量数值解与试验结果具有精准的一致性,说明该算法可以有效预测流体作用下的纸折变形量。The simulation of the filter filtration process is a key design method in the air filter design process. The filter material is regarded as a Porous medium in the numerical simulation. In order to solve the problem of porous fluid structure interaction, this paper studies an effective algorithm. Starting from the two technical directions of modeling and dispersion, the extended arbitrary Lagrangian Euler coordinate method is used to iterate between the fluid body problem and the elastic problem, and a special numerical method is used to solve the separated equations. In this paper, the Navier Stokes Brinkman equations are used, based on the finite volume discretization on the quadrilateral grid, and the multi-point flux approximation (MPFA) method is used to achieve accurate numerical solutions on the rough and stretched quadrilateral grid. Finally, the simulation results are verified by the laboratory measurement results, and it is proved that the numerical solutions of defor-mation obtained by the algorithm are accurate and consistent with the experimental results. This indicates that the algorithm can effectively predict the amount of paper folding deformation under fluid action.
